I'm running an nVidia GeForce GT 650m with 2g of dedicated on 8g RAM and an i7-3615. I've had NO issue with graphics and this game, until after the surprise unannounced maintenance today. I noticed upon logging in that my brightness was a good bit higher than what I keep it at (it still read .54 but upon calibration - resulting in my resetting of it to .54 - it became much darker). I went to change the graphic options and received the error that my GPU doesn't support use of these options - things like Soft Particles, etc. I couldn't even change my resolution. BEFORE today's unspoken mystery maintenance, I had the ability to change all of these things. BEFORE ANYONE ASKS - all drivers are updated, Control Panel is set up correctly, etc. Everything was literally perfect before the downtime earlier today. Help requested.
I noticed a LOT more pop-up and "flash"...for instance, the icons above NPC's heads would be a blank white square for a moment before the icon actually appeared. What's more, when I summoned my spider the web effect that happens when you mount/dismount was just a mass of white which then gradually filled in to the web texture.
"What did you do, Ray?"
Will /danceseductive for ZEN.

Yep something is screwed up.
I too have been seeing these oddities with icons above NPCs and various other graphical glitches.
