Can't open chest at the end of dungeon

I did my first run of Cloak Tower today, did it with a random group from the queue, anyway, we finished it all no problem, but when we reached the chest, I could not open it...have I missed something?
Any help would be much appreciated.

PS: I had no problem opening the chests in solo dungeons.

    In 5 man dungeons, I think the only way to get the chest to be lootable is when the dungeon delving event is in effect. it's the reward for doing that.

    Ah, ok, thanks. I thought I was doing something wrong.
