weapon enchants

i got the terrorflame enchant from a lockbox the other day, my question is simple. why cant i use it?

    Does your weapon have a special weapon enchant slot? From what i've seen only level 60 very rares have that slot, it's not a normal enchant slot, it's in addition to them.

    Hm... then i have no idea. Hopefully someone else has a clue. Nothing happens when you drag it to it? (or just shows an X) Doesn't show up in the list of ones when you click that drop down menu?

    I don't know that specific enchant, but the other one i got from a dropbox worked for me, plaguefire i think was mine.
