Option for Smaller Life Bars PLease

Sure I can lower the interface scale, but then I cant read a dam thing on my character/power/etc menus & hotbars or even inventory

so please add option to lower the size of floating life bars

    There's a couple things I'd like to see for the HUD...

    In general I'd like to be able to see bigger "Status" flags on our health bars. Whenever I'm trying to freeze someone, or look at my arcane mastery stacks I really can only notice that the icon's changing...Actually can't see how many stacks I or the opponent has. The rest of my HUD is satisfactory but the status icons aggravate me and I dont think I saw anything in the options to play with that. (Granted it was a very quick search...Was in a dungeon.. x.x )
