Auction House Trouble.

Help!

I've won a sword on the auction house for 4000 Astral diamonds but it now is going into minus time, and there isn't away to collect it.

It will let me buy out now on the item even tho its technically is over.

Anybody have any solutions?

    I've had this happen to me as well. It seems to take a while for the item to "close" from the auction and get mailed to you. In all instances when this happened to me I did receive the item, so my advise is to just wait it out.

    Ok thanks for letting me know :D i guess i'll keep using my lvl 26 sword at lvl 54 LOL!

    Be careful thought, this happened to me also, and about 2-3 other people bided against me between -1min/-30min, after that it stopped. Finaly got it at -1h40min... Just saying that it would be a great idea to keep en eye on your bided item if you can.

    Sent a ticket, no answer or any kind of news about that so far. It can be extremely annoying. :(

    I'm guessing this is a random amount of time added so that you can't bid with half a second to go and ninja the item off somebody who wanted to go higher.

    No it's a bug. Happens with crafted items as well it's a desync between server clock and game clock so the bids are probably legitimate and the clock you're seeing is wrong.

    Definitely a bug

    I've seen it happen with companion training as well
