That is not the first time they have given out the title and wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't the last.

Another one to track that isn't on your chart is the Lord of Waterdeep title that MMOHut is giving out. It's a second place to get the title if you can't get the OnRPG one (they are sister sites, apparently). You need to first create an account here: http://www.onrpg.com/boards/register.php

Then once you have an account, go here for the title and giftpack: http://mmohuts.com/giveaways/neverwinter-lord-of-waterdeep-launch-pack-giveaway

**Note, it says that the giveaway has expired but mine still gave me a key, so it's likely they forgot to update that sentence.**
