Strategy for the Frozen map T2

Anyone got any stragety / line up team for beating the last boss on that map? (it's the giant ogre with ice spikes that close to instant kill us).
we tries and we failed many times so its about time we look for some info / help / advice from people who done it

ps. Do you get a free re-spec item or whatever it is for getting to 60? if so how? because i didn't get one
