Well met,
. . . . . The best way is to file an in-game bug report and place "Exploit" as the first word in the title of the Ticket. Something like "Exploit <brief intro>" and then explain in detail what is happening. Alternatively, you can do the same by sending an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com - unfortunately this does sound like an exploitable bug so posting about it on the forums will get it taken down as we cannot allow exploit details on the forums.
. . . . . To file a bug report in game, press the Bug Icon or press the ? mark (H by default) on your menu bar and press Bug Report.
. . . . . I'm going to reply this also to your thread after editing it slightly so it is not hinting as what's going on. No, waiting for a GM to fix a game bug or exploit is not recommended for this is something that has to be fixed through a patch. You can however report players you feel are purposely and knowingly exploiting this bug. Do this the same way you make a GM Ticket, through the H help menu but choose Behavior and fill in the fields.

I have an in game ticket made, I have sent the email as requested. I didn't put any details on HOW to do it in this forum for the reason you edited out the details of what it is, so I hope I didn't step over the line in my attempts to report!

. . . . . Oh no not at all. Sorry, my edit makes your post look worse than it actually is. Rest assured, Staff can see all edits to any posts. To assure the Community, there was no serious leak of exploit details. I only removed the small mentions that could lead to players figuring this out. Again, my apologies for the poor edit details.

I haven't seen it exploited, but I do see there is a post in the bug forums with a (less efficient) method of exploiting the bug. Customer Support needs to be more responsive to this issue.

OK, they officially mass closed all tickets today, so I say to hell with it. I hope this gets exploited over and over and a 7 hour rollback occurs, because that is the only way things get fixed as far as I can tell.
