How to stop the exploits.

The recent changes to the way foundry rewards xp and items has upset a lot of people, not just the exploiters but people who like to play the foundry quests the way they were meant to be played.
Ask for volunteers to form a review board, all these people will do it check the quest for exploits, it is not there job to check spelling, grammar or how much fun a quest is etc.
All new quests go to a separate folder for these people to review, once they have passed it the quest is moved to normal review folder for the rest of the player base to review properly.
Easy to implement no extra cost for hiring people and I'm sure we can get plenty of people to volunteer.
