shield defense feat at 2/5 points only grants 1 extra ac

Title says it

When I checked my AC after assigning my second point in the shield defense feat I didn't have any more ac than before. I tried logging in and out to see if that would trigger the feat working but it didn't.

    Ok, have leveled up 2 more times since I posted this, and added more points to shield defense talent. Still not adding to my armor class.

    This is a huge error!!

    annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd just put my last point into shield defense feat and only have +1 ac from it D: so this talent is totally broken???
