Disconected from server EVERYtime new map loads

In Neverwinter
This has been happening since day one.When I travel, for example between Blacklake district to Protectors Enclave it will load ever-so slightly, stop and disconnected and I have to log into my account then, it happened with EVERY map load, Whether it be a town, area, a house in a mission, somewhere I wanted to explore and even changing instances (I can't do this at the moment because when I log back in i'm still in the same instance)
When I log in iv'e got to select normal log in as it detects something screwed up, then i'm in the place, but lately it has become a major inconvenience...
Specs:
i7 2700k 3.5Ghz
16GB Ram
Radeon HD 7870
Windows 7 Premium
Attempted Fixes:
-I've completely patched the game and last night I uninstalled the entire game, deleted all files and installed and re patched everything, and i'm still getting the issue, does anyone know what is happening?
-Disabled firewall
It's still happening no fixes, and getting rather annoyed, also not being able to change instances makes some things impossible -_- and can turn a 10 minute mission into a 30min + due to log in issues

I'm running a:
AMD Phenom 9650 Quad-Core 2,30GHz
6gb ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 2gb
Win 7 home premium
I have also tried the same things as the previous poster, disabled firewall, uninstalled the game and reintalled it again after removing all the files and cleaned the registry before the reinstall.
Starting to annoy me as well as it takes the fun out of playing the game when I constantly have to log into it.
