I purchased a large chunk of Zen last night, just before midnight. It's the second time I've got Zen, the first time worked quickly. This time, however, is different. The Zen hasn't appeared on my account to be transferred over, and it isn't in the history either. I received the confirmation e-mail, and logged a ticket about it, which has still gone unread.
I figured since I've seen this problem posted a few times, I would go ahead and post mine as well. It's just frustrating to pay for this game and not get what I paid for, or even have it acknowledged. I know it hasn't been very long, but it's something that should be instant, not 16+ hours.

same problem here. $200 zen removed from my debit card, received emails confirming but no zen in perfect world account. opened ticket, no response. have been on the phone over an hour but can't get through. guessing we are not the only ones with this problem. my bad for taking another chance with buying zen.
i called my bank. bank of america...they said they are waiting on the merchant....soo yea wtf is going on and why did they delete the threads and moderate new accounts?
when are we going to get what we paid for ? or at least some sort of official response on the issue? just gonna keep deleting threads about it ?

i am sure they are just really bogged down because of launch. it would be very nice if we could have some sort of official statement that they are looking into problems, though.
it's easier to be patient when you don't feel like you are the only one with the problem.

it also has been 16+ hours for me with no reply on my tickets. I agree we need some kind of response from them and not just leave us hanging.
