Do mods play the maps before banning them?

I've made a foundry map but I fear that if I publish it a mod will just ban it because it has the words "farm" and "experience" in the title, without even running through the map to see for themselves what the map consists of.

Also, if it does get banned like that, is my map still saved so I could recover it?

    Farming/grinding maps are legit. You are free to make as much farming on a map as you want, as long as you are not using exploits of game mechanics.

    Don't make it where the mobs can't fight back. I think that was the big no-no.

    Per a PM from the mods, while the exact points of what is considered an exploit are still in that "figuring it out zone", a definite no-no is circumventing mob AI in any way (which is just common sense).
