Making "actors" for your adventure

Hey fellow authors. I have a question regarding actors in your maps. There is a quota of 500 currently in my map. I have like 20 NPC's around and they don't count towards that. What exactly is that for? Also I have another question. How do I get my bar patrons to sit in chairs/in booths etc?

    NPCs are the non combat characters and the actors are the mobs or encounters. No sitting in chairs right now. Hopefully in the future.

    oh man lol. My bar scene is going to be silly! Oh well thanks hehe.

    There is like thousand of taverns in faerun now, all covered with tables, chairs, benches and all what people can do inside is to stand, dance, lie or sit on the floor. Screw the logic xD
