How do you trade AD?

Someone wants to sell me something I want for AD, but I can't figure out how to put AD in the trade...

Its like people keep asking for AD for items, but there seems to be no method to trade AD from one player to another...

I must fail at google cause I never found that.

If it isn't possible then why are people asking AD for items.
