Horses 5 gold,

so I just lv'ed up and got the announcement that I should get a horse. so I went and they are 5 gold I have been selling every thing little too no healing pots. and just now have 1 gold. I think they should the drop rate on copper so what lv should I expect too get enough gold for a horse.

    If you open your box you should get 3 tokens that give you 4 hour rentals. 4 hour play-time not 4 hours period. It only took me 1 rental until I had enough gold to buy a real one.

    5 hours horse for each token, and before you end those 3 tokens you have much more than 5g...

    you get the tokens after you talk to the sgt and he sends you to the horse vendor .

    or just buy $5 dollar in cash shop

    Just made level 20 myself. Completed the mount quest, but no tokens awarded. I'm also curious when/why they doubled the price of horses? Nobody has 5 gold before level 26 or so....

    The horses still say 2 gold 50 silver if you select them. The merchant just charges double now. I don't understand this....

    Patience is key.

    Five gold becomes chump change before you know it.Like others posted,use the rentals,no point in letting them sit in your inventory.

    So more people will buy their outrageously overpriced store mounts.

    You only buy the horse once and it is then available for a characters on your account at level 20+

    stop chugging potions? seriously at level 20 i had about 3 gold... at level 25 i know have enough to get my mount if i so choose... and i still have 2 tokens for rentals...

    I never bothered buying a horse till I hit 60. By then I had around 55-60 gold so it wasn`t that bad. Still hardly use it.

    The tokens, for my characters, came out of the lv20 Adventurer gift box. Not from the mount quest itself.


    (Personally, I just bought the $5 zen mount. I'm playing a bunch of alts, so it's a bargain since they can all claim the horse.)

    Supply and demand, those merchants don't have to sell at suggested retail price.
