Looking for a specific encounter

It's a single mob that has an aoe pull then explode ability.

I found in during PvE with the spellscarred chain but can't find the encounter that has that mob.

    What you want is the Thoon Hulk, if I'm not mistaken. Keep in mind that the Foundry versions of these monsters scale with level, and at low levels they won't use all their abilities. Thus you might not see this specific ability if you test it at, say, level 10.
