Lag/spike issue ???

Hello guys,

last 2 days i have an amazing lag and spike issues...in just neverwinter..i check my isp no problem..i play lol and RO2 with no lag or spike... :( thats so lame.. anyone with a idea ? or solution ? thanks ^^

    Same problem here, lags just come and go, no idea what's happening, but every other game is fine.
