There is a way to link the encounter to a dialogue? i can link them only to normal npc, so i must make them disappear before spawn the guard who follow you.
there is a way to interact with trap?? i want for exemple that when a trap trigger some mob spawn.

You can't link a dialog to an encounter. What you can do is link a dialog to an npc, and then make the npc disappear and the encounter (using the same costume) appear.
If you want something to fight, use an encounter. If you want something to speak (or at least not attack), use an NPC. There is no overlap. Once you realize this, the entire thing gets a bit easier to understand
You can't have something interact with a trap, but you can make your own "traps" that cause some event to occur, for example by triggering an encounter when a player walks across a marker.
