Boss adds not despawning after kill & loot dissapearing

Hey
We were doing t2 runs in spellplaque caverns, and just downed 2nd boss (mouth of madness).
After the kill adds didnt despawn and even more started spawning, so we didnt want to pick up the loot untill we had cleared the trash.
Now the issue here is that it took us around 5 minute more to kill all the adds. and when finally done our loot had dissapeared.
This has to be addressed, because having to pick up the loot midfight and now having to focus on what dropped is an issue on boss fights..
