Disconected from server EVERYtime new map loads

When I travel, for example between Blacklake district to Protectors Enclave it will load ever-so slightly, stop and disconnected and I have to log into my account then, it happened with EVERY map load, Whether it be a town, area, a house in a mission, somewhere I wanted to explore and even changing instances (I can't do this at the moment because when I log back in i'm still in the same instance)

When I log in iv'e got to select normal log in as it detects something screwed up, then i'm in the place, but lately it has become a major inconvenience...

I've completely patched the game and last night I uninstalled the entire game, deleted all files and installed and re patched everything, and i'm still getting the issue, does anyone know what is happening?

    i7 2700k 3.5Ghz

    16GB Ram

    Radeon HD 7870

    Windows 7 Premium

    I have been getting a lot of crashes. Ironically didn't crash at all until they did a patch to fix stability on the weekend.
