Timed out from game server, now cannot even launch game!?

I got timed out while playing and i couldn't relog because everytime i tried to load the page server didn't respond.
So i followed the tech support steps and as result now i cannot even launch the client... <censored> is this!?!? Tech ticket page is not even working so i cannot even make a ticket.... I need assistance!!!

can someone please link the the ticket page? i cannot open it neither if i try disabling cookies...

    Try going into your processes and ending anything to do with Neverwinter. Had this problem once but it didn't affect the website.

    . . . . . Please try rebooting your machine if you haven't and then try reloading the lancher and game or as the poster above me said, look for running processes and shut down any third party programs you don't need running, like teamviewer - which messes things up.

    . . . . . Are you getting a redirect loop error when accessing Support? If so, please email customerservice@perfectworld.com with "Support Redirect Loop Error" as the subject line and explain to them about the loop error. You may then also want to email them a seperate email about the connection issue. Best to send two emails on that, one for each issue.
