Foundry Cloaks?

I have seen people with foundry cloaks, what do you have to do in the foundry to unlock these?

    You have to earn Foundry Authoring achievements. Early on these are gained from publishing quests and having them played and reviewed. Later you'll also have to be very activate in playing other people's quests.

    Thank you for your reply. I have unlocked several of the achievements, guess I need to unlock more. :-p
