Bag of holding issue

I have one bag of holding already installed on my account. I purchased another bag to up my storage. No matter what I do, I cannot activate this bag. I double click from inventory and.. nothing. What do I need to do to either get my money back or activate the bag? Thanks in advance.

    If it's in your inventory, have you tried dragging it down to your bags area on your inventory screen? There are a series of (I believe) six slots, each of which can hold a bag/container. Make sure they're not all full of "Bag(s) of Holes", those annoying little 1-slot bags that drop off the Robe of Useless Items that came with some of the Founders packages.
