crash during pvp

My game keeps crashing during pvp matches, only when I die it will crash. its happened a lot of times today.
Which is strange because when I 1st started to play never winter I sat up all night doing domination only and the client didnt crash >_>
At 1st I thought it was dx11 but I started using dx9 in the troubleshoot options and still the game client crashes after a death in domination. Im not exactly sure whats causing it and its not on every death either ill get to almost the end of the match then the client will freez.
After I log back in im normally dead and the domination match has ended, which leaves me injured having to use medical supplies.
My OS is win 7 SP1
