Recovery speed Broken?

I'm concerned with what recovery speed could do in this game, especially for control wizard. If I stack Int and Wisdom on a control wizard I can get over 25% cooldown reduction from that alone. If add recovery speed from gear to that, we could be seeing 20 second cooldowns becoming 10 second cooldowns. This could become a huge problem for pvp balance as CW's could start stunlocking people indefinitely.

Are there any CW's in here who have the full PvP set? Would you care to share just how much cooldown reduction you get from the recovery speed?

    I think you're missing the point. CW SHOULD NOT be able to sling spells at half the rate. Cooldowns exist so that you CAN'T cast them willy nilly.
