Has the review process been implemented for the foundry?

Looking for some developer clarification. Has the review process been implemented for the foundry and what exactly does this entail now. I know that basically all new quests go under the review tab. The reviewers agree that the content they are reviewing may contain content not approved by cryptic and that may be obscene or otherwise. My question surrounds what are the current requirements for a quest to move from this status into the general pool of quests? This has caused some confusion as I don't remember seeing a patch note or other notice that this was being put in place.

Also would like to know if searches for new content not working by title/summary/author is an intentional part of this? Is the idea that new/for review content can only located by short code? Previously the search seemed to locate content no matter which tab/category it was under.

A friend had spent a good 10 minutes easily scrolling through the quests until he found it. Very much need to have a search function for those under review. At the very least, option for alphabetical sorting.

It looks like they are altering a number of things.. currently not only is there no search for review quests, but mine arent even on a list anywhere. you cant find them unless you actually type it.. and the well informed harpers seem to be blank.
