Can you report people?

A player by the name of <removed name per RoC> (I know, should have seen it coming) lost a roll on an item he wanted in our group, the proceeded to take every item after that point regardless of class. Is there any way to report him? I've only been able to ignore him thus far, and it seems that this kind of behavior is being rewarded if there is no recourse.

. . . . . Yes, press H in game to access the GM Help Options. Or you can right-click their name in chat and Report them there. I think you can also report them through F context menu when standing next to a character. Naming people on the forum in such a manner, no matter how obvious it is they are doing something bad, is not allowed as that is considered defamation regardless of validity.
