Campaign or Quest?

Can you publish a quest without making it part of a campaign?

I created a quest in a campaign, but I'd rather it just be single quest, not part of a campaign. Is there any way to remove it from the campaign?

    Yes, you can publish quests as part of a campaign, and yes, it should be possible to remove them. Edit the campaign itself to do so.
