Just some feedback from having played for a week or so, up to level 25.
The Good:
Overall, I'm really enjoying it.
The Foundry is what will make this game a long term success.
Good variety of activities - quests, foundry, pvp, skirmish, events
Crafting - not sure yet, but it's pretty painless, so why not
The Bad - Nothing serious, mostly just annoyances:
I group a lot. I don't like how the NPC interaction exits when the first person is done reading, often before I have a chance to finish.
Having to re-group to travel is a pain. I was doing a long foundry quest, and ran out of pack space. So, I went to buy a new pack. Had to buy Zen, transfer them, then logout to get them. When I logged back in, I was out of the instance. The only way I could get back in, was to have my whole group logout too, and come back in with me. I'm glad it worked though - it was at the end of a 2-hour quest.
Looting is just too painful. It's okay for casual play, but when you're doing a hard foundry, it's ridiculous. You spend more time running around trying to pick up loot, hit F, roll on it, then you do actually playing. WoW's method is better - just one click and get all the nearby loot. LotRO's is even better -- all the loot just goes right into your pack.
