I purchased the Rename Token from the Zen Store and both the Rename Buttons in the Character Selection menu AND my Profile are both still greyed out. Happened on two characters (one on my account and one on my fiance's) Contacted support but didn't hear back from them.

Similar problem. Bought the rename token and have not gotten it. Bump for help.
I'll change my evil ways one of these days... not.
