Foundry Quest vanishing from journal.. then reappearing later?

Hey folks,

So I've had a few people report an issue with my quest where upon finishing the objective on a custom map and return to Protector's Enclave, the quest actually vanishes from the quest journal. The quest isn't over at this point - they have to go talk to good ol' Guard Frinko right there in town and then go into a nearby door into another custom map.

I'd never seen this before during playthroughs, and then, sure enough, it happened to me today. Quest apparently vanishes from the quest journal without any warning. The quest NPC Guard Frinko is still interactable and presents the quest dialogue when spoken to, but you don't get credit for that objective.

Just for the heck of it, I traveled to another map, and traveled back. And BAM! It showed up again and I was able to complete it without any further issues.

Has anybody seen this? Is there a known workaround? Could it be related to having the objective within Protector's Enclave?

This has been happening a lot since open beta. Perhaps it will be fixed in future patches.

Annoying. Do you know if it only effects quest objectives in Protector's Enclave?
