My powers Tab is bugged ! Please help !

Hey guys, i`m a rogue, level 23. Everytime i open my POWERS TAB ( P ). When the tabs opeb, 4 of my powers keep flashing, bugging that whole section, can someone please help me ?
P.S = They keep flashing as the power tab is open, then i can`t even read properly, o click them in the right way.
