Build suggestions for Trickster Rogue (both PvE and PvP)

Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone had any build suggestions for the Trickster Rogues for PvE and PvP. Honestly the skill tree is just confusing to me. This could be b/c I've only played for about 2 nights so far.
As far as feats go I'm pretty sure the middle path is for PvE b/c it has a skill that reduces your threat gained in it. This would obviously be useless for PvP.
I have googled like crazy but as the game is still so new I have yet to come across any builds
