Gateway - Cannot complete Plate Armor

Hi! I am having repeatedly problems when trying to make a "Platearmor" from "Platesmithing" at Gateway.

Everytime I try to make this item it stucks and don't complete until I enter game (which I can't do at work) and complete it from in-game.

Gather Iron Ore and other quests I try to make don't have the same problem.

    I've been having this same problem with all of the professions at different times. The timer bar will be full and if I click the "Complete Now" button it says you can complete it with -1 Astral Diamonds.

    I've tried changing characters, logging out, closing browser and logging back in and it doesn't work.
