Help with a certain kind of encounter

So what I am trying to do is find a certain encounter with mobs that can teleport/shadow step and then skin them as shadow wolves.

My first question is if anyone knows of an encounter with only shadow stepping creatures?

My second is that when I do make a creature like a shadarkai gloom blade that looks like a shadow wolf, the wolf doesn't have an attack animation? Is this only because it is in foundry and the mobs behave differently? Or is this just how it is?
