So will Maintanence time always be european prime time?

kind of a rant, but ... okay it is a rant :)

i understand that theres not some evil mastermind purposely planning the server downs
it has been like this in a lot of games, but on the other hand it was not like this in a lot of other games too :)

    I wouldn't say this is EU prime-time if they are done in the 2 hour window they announced. Would be just before prime-time though.

    Most likely since this is early morning dev time . So if something breaks they are all there to fix it .

    main databases are in USA, so USA 7am it is :)

    If it's EU game, or has EU servers and they have asynchronous updates, it's 3-7am EU time :)

    and yes, it will be always like this. Just not as often.
