I googled for a good 30 mins and forum searched before asking, so if it has been asked already, I apologize.

I am wanting to replicate the story/names from a PS1 game and morph it into a Foundry mission D&D style. My question is will that be allowed? I know I can use names and story from D&D as Cryptic has those rights, but would my mission be taken down if I use names and story from a PS1 game for instance or is that ok?

Edit: Nvm, I have found out by actually reading the terms of service. The answer is no, you can't use them. That is extremely unfortunate. It's in no way Cryptic's fault, but it still sucks. In case anyone was wondering, I was going to redo Parappa the Rapper with all the bosses, but oh well.
Foundry Name: "Wolframs Last Stand" (@Holythirst)
Foundry Map: Blacklake District
Type: Campaign, Story, Dungeon - 5 bosses, 1-2 players
Current State: Version 2.2 is up. Full release. Try it with code below.

Short Code: NW-DU2BES2WA

You can take the basic story if you want, change the names, and add your own personal touch to it, that would be ok.

Also note, while you can use original D&D content, such as names from R.A. Salvatore books, doing so will disqualify your quest from being Featured. So feel free to use Drizzt in your story, but doing so will not allow your quest to be Featured on the quest listing.

Essentially the way I look at it, if it was found in an official D&D campaign book, or your head it's fine, if it was created independently in a novel, comic, movie etc but is still D&D your quest it is fine but can't be Featured, if it is Intellectual property of anything outside the D&D universe, then its a no no. At least this is how it was explained during the Alpha. All the previous forum posts that Cryptic had are gone when they dumped the foundry beta forum.
