Is it possible to create NPC chat bubbles?

So far I haven't seen the option available in the Foundry, and I was just curious as to whether or not it was an option.

    Kinda, but they can only say twitter like things with the chat bubble.

    When you have an NPC Selected, there's a window in there that i think is called "text to display" or something like that, i forget exactly, but it should be underneath behavior where you select what animation they do.

    You can have them say very short things, but not like a full conversation in chat bubble form.
