Guardian Pack

So i bought the Guardian pack and do not seem to have my items as it said I would get. Is there something I must do to acquire them?

    Search function is your friend, this has been asked numerous times before. In the Protector's Enclave go see the Mail Courier, and the Founder's Agent.
