Blank screen

Thought it was a video card issue, but maybe not. Everything loads find up to the Cryptic screen, then it goes black. The next screen is supposed to say Neverwinter, but it just crashes at this point everytime. Anyone else have this problem or a clue how to fix it?

    I too get the blank screen, the mouse is visible, music is playing, left it running several minutes, nothing changes. pressed all keyboard keys, and mouse buttons, nothing changes :(

    just fixed it - run the game with admin priveledges. that appears to have done the trick for me at least. -I am now on characetr select screen, eagerly awaiting the next glitch :)

    My hubby fixed mine, was a video issue, he had to update the drivers. I feel silly now
