No help in sight...

Bought some zen...bought two keys for the chests. Opened one chest. Then realized I never got my second key. My ticket is almost two days old and I can't load the support page nor have I recieved any E-mails. Afraid to use any more zen I have. First time ever buying zen. So far not good. lol.
