Review Character limit

Seriously lets increase the size of reviews please. Unlike alot of people I don't intend to go into a dungeon and review it at the end with Awesome, this sucks, could be better...

I try to give constructive criticism, which is hard to do when I feel like I get barely more of a character limit than a twitter post...

Also it would be nice if you could give us a tab that lists any foundry quests we have reviewed but not subscribed to.

While I do agree the review character limit could be increased a bit, I understand why it's there. By keeping it short, other players are more likely to actually read them before deciding whether or not to play. If there's something you played that you feel like you want to write more about, there's most likely a dedicated thread for that quest. Check the sticky at the top of this forum for links to most quests.

Instead of filling the comment section all the way up, if you have that much critique to offer, might i suggest sending them an ingame mail, instead?

    ^*THIS*^

This is what I always do (especially if the quest cannot be completed). I'd also prefer receiving in-game emails for genuine feedback. When your name is directly attached you tend ti be a bit more thoughtful about what and how you say it.

Oh I do that, I just think maybe doubling it would be good. It still wouldn't be massive even if they doubled teh size.

I have gotten a couple in game mails about my campaign. It's certainly helpful. I agree that there should be more room in the review space. I also see the reason it's small though. It would be neat if the author could put a link to the forum page inside the quest description, that would work as an actual link.

A story driven quest, with a fun and challenging amount of combat, that takes you into the world of Planescape, carefully hand crafted by me.

The review on the the Foundry is really for other players, not really critique for the author. Thought the author does listen to those reviews.
