Azure gems not stacking?

I made 2 x 4% xp azure enchant thingys, but when i put both on, the xp stat in my character window remains at 4% and not 8, are the utility effects not supposed to stack up like crit does?

    Any feedback on this? I experienced (HA!) the same issue. Would love to know if I'm wasting utility slots on me/offense slots on my companion.

    I have noticed that the percentages on the utility stats do not stack either. I figured it was intended, but it looks like it bugs a few.

    Would be nice to know if this is a bug or a feature.

    Same problem here, Azure Rank 5 Blue quality XP bonus is not stacking, at least according to the stat window on characters screen.
    ASUS P8Z68 V-Pro Gen3 mobo, Intel i7 2600k, 32gb DDR3 G-Skill Ripjaws, 500gb SSD, 2TB HDD, Geforce GTX 690 x2 Sli, 1200 watt Thermaltake modular PS, Thermaltake gaming tower.
