Founder items

As it seems, i havent got any of the founder items. Like the mask, astral diamonds and so on. Is it supposed to be like that because the game havent yet been released, or is it just a bug?

Check ingame mail.

Check your mail, you should get a notification around level 5 for them.

Once you complete the Tutorial, you will receive an in-game mail from Lord Neverember. Items can also be claimed from the Founders Agent in the Hall of Justice, next to Sgt. Quinn

Still can't get anything from either of these sources. Just when does the tutorial end?

Talk to the Founder's Agent, and pick the "Reclaim" tab. That's where I found most of my stuff, iirc.
