Zen Store problem - Outfits - You can't claim!

One BIG problem is related with outfits from Zen store.

In the Star Trek Online and Champions Online you can buy one to unlock to the entire account, if don't have any limit related with faction. This is well explained in the Zen store, well detailed in the Star Trek zen store, and in the Champions Online, you have a clear explanation about uses or if the item have any restriction about use or aditional conditions to use (if is account unlock, if you can claim one per character, etc...

But in the Neverwinter you don't receive a clear and direct explanation if you can claim another outfit from Zen store to other character of your account. I take one outfit from the Zen Store of Nevertwinter, but I can't claim in the others characters.

apparently that is not the only limitation. companions, of any kind are also not available cross characters, I have a nevermeber guard on one character and thought you could claim nm guard on all characters, it sucks that you cant. on STO if you buy a ship its available to all characters (faction pending), they need to do the same with NW as well for companions out fits and specialized weapons, in fact I thought I read somewhere that we could, someone please explain this to me as well.

Items in the Zen store which are only for use on one character say:

"Single purchase, tradeable with players."

Seems pretty clear to me.
