Lost Astral Diamonds on Auction House

I placed a bid on an item for 257,500 - the item was then bought out and I did not receive my diamonds back.

    I had a similar problem. I sold about 140,000 worth of stuff last night on the AH. I received the mails confirming that they had sold but I did not get any diamonds. Before anyone says anything, I know they automatically go into your inventory, but my AD was the same as when I logged out before selling the items.

    I had same problem where i Bid 40000 AD and did not win the item, but did not get my AD back eider!!!!

    Similar problem here... Sold stuff on the AH and received a message " You have sold an item to player@xyz for 15000 AD. The net income after fees is 13500." when i take the AD chat message says "You received 1 AD". ADIcon in the mail had no amount shown. Plz help....
    And gimme my 14197 -3 AD that your AH owes me ;P

    Same issue. I had a 450k bid placed for over a day on a crafting asset, and someone bought it out (or cancelled if you can do that)

    Either way, the item isn't on my bids list, or in my mail, nor is there a mail saying I was outbid.

    Please fix, this is pretty major loss of real money for people lol... and yes I used Zen for AD

    Awesome. I submitted a GM ticket and they pretty much said there was nothing they can do, but I should report it as a bug instead. That sounds to me like we're SOL :(

    SO if we lose the bid can we get or AD back ??

    I had sold some items and never received AD. Also some expired items I never got back. Then I read a post where if you sometimes read mail it duplicates the mail. I had some duplicate mail. So I deleted all my old read mail and then I noticed I received AD for sold items and got the expired items back. I don't know if it is a coincidence or the old mail caused it.
