Neverwinter novella?

It says if you order the Hero of the North you get a digital Neverwinter novella. How do I get this? I don't see anything about it in my emails. Have they not emailed it yet?

    Go to https://my.perfectworld.com/nw/redeemkey and click the Download link for the Novella.

    I did not get a key with my founders pack order. It just applied it to my account. I do not have the novella either, or a link to download it.

    same here it was just applied to my account. Where do I get the book?
