Dev's some clarity pls !!

One of the things that is bothering me is the sudden changes to the HOTN pack , and clarifications about what the content description means.
What exactly about the Drow in this pack is " EXCLUSIVE " , a background , a different skin , tattoos , a costume ( btw reference to the word " costume " being a skin is feeble), please elaborate because a lot of people are confused and it seems like the Dev's are avoiding to clarify about what exactly is going to be handed out in the founders packs.

What class is the companion, what tier is the mount , is it so difficult to elaborate??

The starter pack , wow , unethical to change what you offered and blame a misunderstanding within the Dev staff , come on!!


I'm not asking for a refund , I'm asking for answers , and to be honest , we at least deserve to know what exactly we paid for!!

i predict a riot
well imo they don't really care.
i asked for refund on guardian pack to buy the hero of north and they ignored it also dunno why.
cant afford both this month, i even would pay for the north 1st and then they send my 59 from guardian back but nothing. and time is running!!!!! guess ill have to start 27 and pw also less 150 usd from me, not that big deal anyway for them lol.

This is why I am playing free. If I want anything later on I choose exactly what to buy myself from cash shop.

For now I got my pale horse mount free from pc gamer. Why do people buy stuff without knowing what they even bought, then complain later?

This is a question that has been a few times on the forums and I would suggest that using the search feature to find your answers before making a post, just incase you can’t find them. Just makes the forums a bit less spammy with the same threads appearing over and over.

The Drow in the HOTN will be visually different to the Drow that will be available to everyone else 60 days after the opening of the open beta. The companion I believe is tier 3 and this is the same for the mount that you will be receiving as well.

Also remember that asking for a developers reply to your thread is against the forums rules and can result in the thread being deleted/locked.

The starter pack is something, which people can buy if they wish as they are going to get some features that would otherwise being gained if they buy it directly from the Zen Cash Store, so this is just a way for people to get this before the game is open for them. This in itself is no unethical in any way shape or form, but of course everyone is entitled to their opinion.

So there is no miscommunication from the developers or perfect worlds part, it’s just the some are not wanting to find the information for themselves, when it has been posted a lot during the past weeks.

Also you were told what you were buying if you clicked on the more information tab on the founder pack. All of this information is there to be reviewed by yourself, without the need for a developer to hold your hand through the steps on opening the different webpages to find it.
