GF, Paragon Feat "Powerful Strike." Anybody try it? ( BW#4 )

Now I'm making the data of NW-BW#4. i drew the attention the tooltips below.

If GF could have a 100% interrupt the target, I wonder if GF could make one Boss stop to use its powerful Powers by using Lunging Strike. Is this quite effective? The cooldown of the Lunging Strike is 8s.
I hadn't tried the paragon-tree, so anybody had tried it, please do some comments about it.
